Service To provide our customers with 5S overall solutions (1S: The world’s leading original sales model featuring physical experience; 2S: Self-support space with combinational design; 3S: Consultative Shopping Guide Service; 4S: Engineering Integration Service; 5S: Permanent After-sales Service), we strictly follow the 5S system selling standard (sales in districts without 5S system are not allowed). In order to better serve Chinese mainland market and provide our best quality products and service to our customers, TRANS is opening 5S Experience Stores in major cities across the country, with the aim to make our guests feel they are taken care of at all times.
